My skin is also combination oily to dry and acne prone. I find that when I use setting #1 to exfoliate with my second cleanse and use the blue LED light (helps kill P. acne bacteria) setting with my serum and moisturizer for about 2-3 minutes it helps heal my blemishes faster.
